01 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Guild Order. Guild Order is a multi-tenant community management platform that enables gaming clans, guilds, teams, and communities ("Clans") to create and manage their own websites with forums, events, rosters, tournaments, and other features.

By accessing or using Guild Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Guild Order.

02 Eligibility

To use Guild Order, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use Guild Order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

03 User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address, username, and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Each individual may maintain only one account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

04 Platform Description and Services

Guild Order provides:

• Clan websites with custom subdomains
• Member management including rosters, roles, and permissions
• Communication tools including forums, real-time chat, and announcements
• Event management with scheduling and RSVPs
• Plugin ecosystem including tournaments, rankings, donations tracking, and more
• AI-powered tools for logo generation, content writing, and translation
• Recruitment through public clan listings
• Page builder for custom website layouts
• API access for programmatic integration (on eligible plans)

Service availability may vary by subscription tier.

05 Clan Management

Any registered user may create a Clan. The creator is the initial Owner with full administrative authority. Owners may designate Admins with varying permissions. Owners and Admins are collectively responsible for ensuring their Clan operates in compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Guild Order reserves the right to dissolve any Clan that violates these Terms. Clan Owners may voluntarily dissolve their Clan at any time through admin settings.

07 Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Guild Order a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute it solely for operating the Platform.

Content must not violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware, be defamatory or harassing, promote violence or discrimination, or constitute spam.

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

08 Intellectual Property

The Platform is owned by Guild Order and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your original content. Game names, logos, and assets are trademarks of their respective owners. Guild Order is not affiliated with any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

Game Content. The Platform may display information about third-party games, including statistics, guides, and community-generated content. This information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Guild Order makes no representations regarding the accuracy of game-related content and is not responsible for changes to games that may affect the accuracy of content on the Platform.

API-Derived Content.Certain features display data obtained from third-party game APIs. This data is provided “as is” from the respective game publishers. Guild Order is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of API-derived data. Specific attribution requirements from game publishers are displayed alongside the relevant features.

09 Plugin Marketplace and Integrations

Guild Order offers a plugin marketplace and integrates with third-party services (e.g., Discord, game APIs). Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Guild Order is not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or security. Plugin developers are solely responsible for their plugins.

10 API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is available on eligible tiers, subject to rate limits. You must use the API lawfully, respect rate limits, and not scrape data or degrade service. Guild Order may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice.

11 Subscriptions and Payments

Guild Order offers multiple tiers (Adventurer, Champion, Legendary) with varying features, resource limits, and plugin access. Certain plugins are available as monthly add-on subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed on the billing page.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Guild Order does not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided. If a payment fails, a grace period is provided to update your payment method before downgrade.

Upon downgrade, data is retained but features exceeding the free tier may become inaccessible. No data is deleted as a result of a downgrade.

12 Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Guild Order may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and data may be deleted per our retention policy.

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14 Limitation of Liability

GUILD ORDER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IN NO EVENT SHALL GUILD ORDER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Regarding Donations: Guild Order is not liable for losses, disputes, or damages arising from donations between users, including misuse of funds by Clan Admins.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guild Order from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violations of these Terms, and your use of the Donations system.

16 Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting legal@guildorder.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property matters.

EU/EEA Users: The arbitration and class action provisions above do not apply to you. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

17 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. For EU users, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

18 Changes to These Terms

Guild Order may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
