Guild Order respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL).
  4. Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was wrongfully removed as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Guild Order will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please contact our DMCA Agent.

All game titles, character names, and related marks referenced on this Platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Guild Order is an independent platform and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Use of any trade names or trademarks on this Platform is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association with the trademark holder.
